First of all the guy shares the common name with me .. That has created a lot of confusion in past two years for others.. Unke placements ki badhai mujhko, meri ki unko n many more.. Moreover sharmaji the CA sahab was very helpful for overcoming the shackles of finacne subjects.. I remember once he took class for about 6 hours on a trout.. Bas cool badi jaldi kho dete hain, an attribute which is common in both of us apart from the name... Sharma ji .. A nice, helpful and understanding person.. cherish the moments spent with you. We also call him "Master ji" coz he teaches us finance the nite before exams. It was only because of his classes tht i escaped "D" in many finance subjects. Very supportive and helping guy but gussa bahut aata hai. Keep rocking Manish and u gonna win this world.

Inke bina to Mac 1 ka post mid term pass hi nhi hona tha. he helped me out with numerous subjects. always ready to help and very knowledgeable. Hamesha haste milenge aur sab se has ke pyar se milenge. I never saw him lose his cool or temper and that’s an amazing quality. Very fond of computer games. We have had good times together and I will always remember those.

Excellent brains (can't complete CA without it), a great mind for analytical and mathematical problems.. the first person to whom I turn when i find the going tough in any finance subject..
one of the few who can tolerate my jumps in logic (like deriving step 5 directly from step 2 :) ). How can we forget those days when we completed entire subjects (finance ka) in less than an hour.. he has the uncanny ability to simplify complex problems.
And his ability to make sarcastic comments is incredible. you have to hear it to believe it :)

Manish bhai...He is considered as Einstein of Finance..He is very hard working, dedicated and focussed person. Thats y he managed to clear CA and MBA saath saath which very few people cud dared to do so. Because of him only we (more than 60% janta) managed to clear accounts paper in 1st yr. I am still grateful to him and will remain forever.
His cooperative nature is appreciable. This we came 2knw in 1st yr when he taught us accounts (almost 10-15 hrs) leaving his CA ki padhai aside.
The way he taught us was mind blowing. Concepts are cleared to such an extent that many people moved from marketing to finance including me.
His queries in class put faculties in dilemma and CP is applaudable. There is no comparison and he enjoyed monopoly in financial knowledge.

The one thing which I like about him the most is his dedication towards his goals. I have seen very few persons working even half as hard as he had during his summers.
He is also very organised. I have never seen him doing any assignment or project at the last moment. He is always ready with them on the day prior to submission.
Very few people would know his addiction of Radio and Video games(Coincidently the reason why he had to live life without for almost three months :)) You will always find him listening to radio or playing Video games.
Overall very good person to be with, especially when you are enjoying greenery in the College Campus ;)

Manish Bhai is recent closest friend of mine and is better known as "Manish-CA" in our batch. He is a very intelligent and mature person in all the areas of life and also has very great friendly nature. Manish have deep knowledge of Finance which he attained by his hard work and his inclination for Finance. Manish remember almost all laws by heart with their sub clauses. Manish is a person whom I can believe for anything as he himself is a person who believes in doing things and helps others for same. We together has been in many groups and his presence ensure that if I have not done anything then also the things would be submitted, but the same simplicity and our closeness in friendship makes me to give my 100% for him and we come with very good works like he might remember our project in Consumer Behaviour. We enjoyed lot of great happy moment together,as sitting next to each other in classrooms in second year, going Rajasthan Dhaba and doing chit chat and sharing all kinds of jokes, shers and songs between RD route. After all this qualities Manish is great person and ready to do anything new and is always have a great company. Manish can adapt himself in all the situations and have fire which drives him. I like his attitude towards girls, but I think he can give it another look.

manish aka Masterji aka Manya (as i usually call him) my room mate of 306 he is d reason i m completing my MBA otherwise mera to sare finance k subject me "F" grade top pakka tha, Qualities of Manya-- studious: he always start studyin for exams atleast 10days prior to exams hardworking: he cleared his CA while doing MBA n tat to 1st n 2nd attempt in same year passionate: finance me koi haath nahi pakad sakta iss k fundo ka helpful: once in 1st year, he taught FM1 to 3 guys in room at 3am in d morning when they woke him up after 2hr sleep
he is very good at playin cricket (but d sad part is BISONS undermined his skills) he once used to play lawn tennis which he gave up for his CA preparations in 1st yr.
his funda for study is "basics/foundation pakka karo, uss k upar fir kitne bhi floor khade kar lo" :)
how he has changed in the two yrs of MBA which may be my effect on him (sangat ka asar): 1. started playin CS n GTA n all d laptop games 2. started sleepin late (earlier he sleep at 12 n now days no timing may be 3 or 4) 3. angrezi dhamaka movies dekhna (english action fliks ) 4. some signs of CZAR ATTITUDE :P
he is one of d best frends of me @planet IMNU, there are no secret hidden among us , we share each n every secrets of our life in last two yrs i wish we could make to same city for work after our induction (Pune :P )
